We have a nice Wednesday MLB slate today and I have a dinger pick that I have locked in that I really like. The Toronto Blue Jays will take on the Boston Red Sox in Boston and one player I am looking to target is Vladimir Guerrero Jr. His odds are lower than normal but for good reason.

Vladdy has been absolutely crushing the ball as of late. Eight of his last nine batted balls vs right-handed pitching have been hit 92+ MPH exit velocity with seven of those hit over 101 MPH exit velocity. He has racked up three homers over his last five games and I think today will push that to four in his last six games. He will see the Red Sox righty, Kutter Crawford who he has seen some success against the past few seasons.
Vladdy is three for his last six vs. Crawford, and has six dingers in his last 15 games vs. the Boston Red Sox. Kutter Crawford ranks in the sixth percentile in total barrels allowed, and he has allowed a dinger in nine of his last 10 starts, including three, two, and two home runs allowed in his last three starts. He has been giving up a ton of hard contact lately, which I expect to continue tonight.
With how Vlad is seeing the ball right now, I have to take him for a home run at these odds. I think we see him send one over the green monster tonight.
