Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Wednesday

With yesterday's Cardinals-Braves postponement, we only went 1-1 with our strikeout props. However, we're back with three more strikeout props with today's 16-game slate.

Let's add some profit!

June 26 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Dylan Cease Under 6.5 Ks (-122) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

Dylan Cease has added 29.6% of strikeouts over the last 30 days. However, he's mainly struck out right-handed batters.

Cease has struck out 39.1% of righties and just 15.2% of lefties. In addition, he's allowed a .212 ISO and wOBA of .365 to his last 115 batters.

Unfortunately for Cease, he's facing a Nationals lineup that should have more lefties than righties in it. Washington's lefties have struck out only 16.5% of the time against righties over the last month.

Meanwhile, Cease will likely still face four righties. However, those four righties have also combined to strike out just 17.4% of the time against other righties in the last month.

Washington doesn't have a high strikeout rate. Therefore, I don't see how Cease can get to seven strikeouts today.

Carlos Carrasco Under 3.5 Ks (-132) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

This season, Carlos Carrasco has accumulated 18.1% of strikeouts. That's already below average. But in addition to his low strikeouts, he's also allowed a .206 ISO and wOBA of .355 to 281 batters this year.

Carrasco isn't fooling anyone this season.

That said, he'll face an Orioles lineup that has hit a .251 ISO and wOBA of .407 against righties over the last month. This same projected lineup has also struck out only 16.5% of the time against righties.

Look for Baltimore to send Carrasco to the showers early today. Take his Under.

Ryne Nelson Under 3.5 Ks (+124) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

The Minnesota Twins have excelled against right-handed pitching over the last month. The projected lineup has hit a .200 ISO and wOBA of .366. But more importantly, the lineup has struck out 19.3% of the time against righties in the last month.

They'll face Ryne Nelson of the Diamondbacks, who has allowed a .202 ISO and wOBA of .364 against 282 batters this season.

Nelson has struggled to get batters out in general. But he's certainly not getting strikeouts. He's added only 15.2% of strikeouts this season and 12.5% of strikeouts over the last 30 days.

With that rate and the Under at +124, I'll take my chances.
