Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Tuesday

We finished just 1-2 yesterday. Thankfully, we've got a full 15-game slate today after only three games to choose from yesterday.

Better results are ahead! Here are my favorite three strikeout props for today's slate.

July 2 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Kutter Crawford Over 5.5 Ks (-122) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Kutter Crawford has added 29.3% of strikeouts over the last 30 days. He's also limited walks to 6.1% and has earned nearly 43% of ground balls over the last month.

He'll take on a Marlins projected lineup with five batters who have struck out at least 25% of the time against righties. The lineup has also hit just a .129 ISO and wOBA of .253 against righties in the last month.

Therefore, it's more likely Crawford goes six or more innings in tonight's game. Let's back Crawford to earn at least six strikeouts tonight.

Jose Berrios Under 4.5 Ks (-102) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Over the last month, Jose Berrios has earned just 14.6% of strikeouts. He's ultimately struggled to add a consistent amount of strikeouts this season. But over the last month, it's gotten worse.

This season, Berrios has added 18.2% of strikeouts, but again, he's only contributed 14.6% of strikeouts against his last 123 batters.

He'll take on an Astros lineup that has only struck out 18.3% of the time against righties over the last month. Houston's projected lineup has also hit a wOBA of .342 and should find their way on base against Berrios. The more pitches and the bigger the situation, the more unlikely Berrios goes deep into tonight's game.

Let's back his Under.

Tarik Skubal Under 6.5 Ks (-150) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

This line is way too high.

Tarik Skubal has only struck out 21.8% of righties over the last 30 days. He's also allowed a .211 ISO and wOBA of .353 to his last 101 righties.

He'll take on a Twins lineup that should be filled with only right-handed bats tonight. Those righties have struck out just 14.2% of the time against righties over the last 30 days.

With Skubal struggling to earn high strikeouts against righties and the Twins putting the ball in play consistently against lefties, I'll gladly take Skubal to go Under 6.5 strikeouts.
