Let’s get right to it, both of these teams have under performed tremendously this year. The Panthers hold a 1-7 record due to their rookie quarterback Bryce Young not living up to his rookie potential.
The Chicago Bears hold a 2-7 record being a very overrated team to start the season coupled with a banged up Justin Fields. Fields is still on the injured list and his replacement Tyson Bagent will be making his third start in a row. Bagent improved a little last game but he has been so careless with throws that he is becoming an interception cow.
The play and story line that stands out to me is the return of D.J. Moore, the No. 1 wide receiver for the Chicago Bears. He was drafted and played five years for the Carolina Panthers. He now gets to show the Panthers why they should have never let him go.
He was having a great year while Fields was in but now his stock has taken a hit. I think he would love to put on a show tonight against his former team. I am locking D.J.
