Last weekend in the Divisional Round, the Eagles dismantled the Giants without breaking a sweat, while the 49ers overcame the Cowboys with a strong fourth-quarter effort. Those wins allowed the two best teams in the NFC to advance to this conference title game, which should be fantastic to watch. Indeed, the spread is currently Eagles by just 2.5, suggesting that a highly competitive game is on the horizon.

With respect to the anytime TD scorer market, the potential game plans of the two offenses are key. Both of these teams have excellent defensive fronts, implying that the offenses might turn to the passing game more often than usual. While the Eagles also have a good secondary — and the Niners' isn't far behind — those units are comparatively weaker than the teams' fronts. Since Brock Purdy took over as the 49ers' starting quarterback, though, Kittle's usage as a target in the red zone has ticked up.
This is a common trend, where inexperienced quarterbacks lean on their tight ends in high-leverage situations more than the average QB would. Purdy's tendency to look Kittle's way in scoring range has led to seven receiving touchdowns for Kittle in the eight games since Purdy started his first game. In a situation where the 49ers are fairly likely to be trailing for an extended portion of the game — they are road underdogs — Kittle should have a few opportunities to score. At +210, this bet is worth making.

Brown scored 11 touchdowns during the regular season, a testament to how his acquisition transformed the Eagles' offense and helped secure the top seed in the NFC.

Naturally, he and Eagles QB Jalen Hurts have excellent chemistry — Hurts targeted him 145 times during the regular season. On top of that, the 49ers have perhaps the best run defense in the NFL, suggesting that the Eagles may look to air it out a bit on Sunday. Brown will be first in line to benefit from that type of game plan — he is a physical outlier, boasting a combination of physicality and pure speed that the 49ers' cornerbacks will struggle to handle. I think this prop should be priced closer to +130, and am betting accordingly.
