Cooper Kupp Super Bowl 2022 Props: Cash On Cooper Kupp to Go Long

Cooper Kupp has outperformed everyone's preseason expectations over the last five months. His 1,947 regular-season receiving yards were the second-best mark in league history. And, his 386 postseason receiving yards are 8th best all-time still with a game to play. The Rams' star is just 78 yards away from 2nd place and 160 yards away from tying Larry Fitzgerald's postseason record. If any receiver is capable of putting up a performance of that magnitude on the game's biggest stage right now, it's Cooper Kupp.

Kupp has made a 30+ yard reception in 13 of his 20 games this season. He also has two games with a long reception of 29 yards. Just a couple of weeks ago, Kupp managed to secure a 70-yard touchdown and a 44-yard game-sealing reception in LA's win over the Buccaneers. Getting loose for a play of at least 30 yards shouldn't be too much to ask from the league's Offensive Player of the Year.

Kupp's dominance downfield has been remarkable all season. He finished the regular season with 30 receptions of 20+ yards; no other player had more than 27. And, his 9 receptions of 40+ yards tied Deebo Samuel for the most in the NFL. The fifth-year veteran developed incredible chemistry with Matthew Stafford. Kupp and Stafford even started something they called "Breakfast Club," where the two would crunch film and eat together before practice. Their rapport has clearly benefitted from whatever they've been doing and it should be on full display against the Bengals this Sunday.

Cincinnati was ridiculously vulnerable to deep shots this season. The Bengals allowed 65 pass plays of 20+ yards in the regular season, good for 3rd-most in the NFL. Cincy also let up multiple receptions of 30+ yards in each of their last two playoff games. Titans WR AJ Brown had two 30+ yard catches in the 2nd half alone against the Bengals. And, the Bengals conceded a reception of 30+ to each of Tyreek Hill and Mecole Hardman in their conference championship victory.

The Stafford-Kupp connection should be alive and well against the infamous Eli Apple and the rest of Cincy's struggling secondary.
