Meanwhile, if Washington emerges victorious, they can keep their playoff hopes alive. The Cowboys are entering tonight's contest as 9.5-point favorites and appear likely to host a playoff game for the first time in a few seasons.

Michael Gallup Over 4.5 Receptions (+125)
Michael Gallup has become more involved in the Dallas aerial attack lately. He’s hit the over on this prop in 4 of his last 5 games. And, he’s played at least 90% of Dallas’ offensive snaps in 4 of their last 5 as well.
This every-down role for Gallup has led to an increase in looks from QB Dak Prescott. Gallup is seeing 8.2 targets per game over his last five. And, he’s seemingly overtaken Amari Cooper as Dak’s second favorite wideout. Gallup has out-targeted Cooper 23-14 over their last three games together. The Cowboys are throwing 38.4 times per game (4th most in the NFL) and running 69 plays per game (second-most) so there should be plenty of opportunities for Gallup to get involved tonight.

The matchup against the Washington Football Team is an excellent one for Gallup, too. Washington is giving up the 2nd most receptions to opposing WR’s, including 5 to Gallup when these squads faced off two weeks ago. Washington’s above-average rush defense has resulted in their opponents completing 24.1 passes per game, which ranks 7th most in the league.
I'm expecting Prescott to look Gallup’s way plenty of times tonight. The fast-paced nature of this Cowboys offense coupled with a plus-matchup gives us great value on Michael Gallup tonight.
