NBA Props Tonight - Wednesday, April 19

Mike Conley Under 5.5 Assists (-113) (Bet $113 to Collect $213) Best odds available at FanDuel; click here to bet

Mike Conley has quietly taken a backseat as a playmaker in the Minnesota Timberwolves offense. Since Karl-Anthony Towns' return to the lineup four weeks ago, the playmaking workload has been evenly distributed across Minnesota's lineup.

Kyle Anderson and Anthony Edwards have led the charge, while Conley sits behind both of these guys in assist rate in the 12 games since KAT's return. During this stretch, Conley has averaged just 4.2 assists per game on only 8.0 potential assists per game. This under has cashed in 8 of these 12 games, including all three of Minnesota's postseason contests.

Conley finished with just 3 assists in Game 1, and just 3 and 4 assists in the T-Wolves' two play-in games. His average of just 9.3 potential assists per game during these three games indicates more of a catch-and-shoot role in the offense down the stretch. Look for the offense to run through Ant and KAT, while Anderson handles the ball in a point-forward role off the bench.

Minnesota Timberwolves Under 12.5 Three Pointers Made (-120) (Bet $120 to Collect $220) Best odds available at DraftKings; click here to bet

The Minnesota Timberwolves haven't shot the three as well as you would imagine they have this season. Plus, Anthony Edwards' recent shooting slump hasn't done the team any favors. The star guard is just 4-for-21 from beyond the arc in the team's three postseason contests so far. The Wolves hit just 11 threes in Game 1, and I have them penciled in for 10-12 threes tonight.

Denver's defense has its issues, but one thing they do extraordinarily well is limit three-point volume and efficiency. The Nuggets allowed just 11.4 threes made per game, which was good for 3rd best in the league. Minnesota remained under this line in 4 of 5 games against the Nuggets this season, averaging 11.2 threes per game.

The T-Wolves remained under this line in 62.3% of their games this season, while the Nuggets held their opponents below 12.5 3PM in 65.1% of their games. This bet has cashed in 19/28 games with KAT and Gobert active. Denver has held their opponents under in 30 of 42 games (71.4%) at home.

Denver Nuggets Under 20.5 Free Throws Made (-125) (Bet $125 to Collect $225) Best odds available at DraftKings; click here to bet

Despite rolling to a 29-point win in Game 1, Denver went just 11 of 17 from the free throw line. As great as this offense is, they have struggled to get to the line for the entire season. Denver's 16.6 free throws made per game this season are the 4th fewest in the NBA this year. It's not like they get to the line at a significantly higher clip when playing at home, either.

This under has cashed in 33 of the team's 42 home games, averaging 17.5 FTM per game. In 41 games with the team's starting five healthy, they've hit fewer than 21 free throws in 35 of these games.

In five games against Minnesota this season, Denver averages just 18.4 free throws made per game. Minnesota has held their opponents under this mark in 49 of their 83 games, including 20 of 30 games with KAT in the lineup. This comes as a bit of a surprise, given Towns' foul-happy nature as a defender. But, at the end of the day, this line is too high for an offense that doesn't have a player that shoots more than six free throws per game.
