Wednesday, March 29 NBA Player Props

Kelly Olynyk Over 14.5 Points (-115) (Bet $115 to collect $215) Best odds available at FanDuel, click here to bet

The Utah Jazz will be without Lauri Markkanen and Jordan Clarkson yet again tonight. So, Kelly Olynyk should return to his role as the number-one option in Utah's offense.

Utah has played three games without their top two scorers over the last two weeks. Olynyk ranks top two on the roster in both usage rate (22.8 USG%) and scoring (17.3 PPG), sharing touches with Talen Horton-Tucker and rookie Ochai Agbaji.

Olynyk has scored 15+ points in seven of eight games without Markkanen this season, averaging 17.3 PPG. Plus, when both Markkanen and Clarkson sit, Olynyk has hit this over in all four games, averaging 17.5 PPG. The Spurs have the NBA's worst defense and play at the 2nd-fastest pace, so this should be a perfect spot for Kelly O to take advantage of a great matchup.

Los Angeles Clippers Team Total Under 115.5 Points (-118) (Bet $118 to collect $218) Best odds available at FanDuel; click here to bet

The Memphis Grizzlies are the best home team in the league. They're 33-5 at home, and their excellence is largely thanks to their defense, which also is the best in the league when they're at home.

Memphis is conceding just 108.8 PPG at home, second to only the slower-paced Cleveland Cavaliers. At 115.5, this total is undoubtedly too high for the Clippers. The Grizzlies have held their opponents under this total in 31 of 38 games at home this season, good for an 81.6% hit rate on the under.

Meanwhile, Paul George remains out for Los Angeles. In nine games without PG and with Kawhi Leonard in the lineup this year, the Clips are posting 114.3 PPG. Memphis has held their opponents below 115.5 points in 11 of their last 13 home games, so it would be a surprise to see a shootout tonight.

Phoenix Suns Same Game Parlay (-131) (Bet $131 to collect $231) Best odds available at FanDuel; click here to bet

Leg 1: Chris Paul Under 18.5 Points

Leg 2: Chris Paul Over 6.5 Assists

Leg 3: Kevin Durant Over 17.5 Points

Tonight marks only the fourth game that Kevin Durant will play basketball with the Phoenix Suns. And this will be his first home game with the Suns as the team looks to build chemistry with their star-studded lineup before the postseason arrives.

When sharing the court with KD, Devin Booker, and Deandre Ayton, Chris Paul sees a massive drop in usage. The best comparison for CP3 in the new-look Suns' lineup is a game-manager playing quarterback in the NFL. Of course, CP3 is the best, most over-qualified version of a player in this role. However, he's out there to direct traffic and create for others more than he is to score the ball.

Paul has gone 24 consecutive games without scoring at least 20 points. This is the longest such streak of his 18-year career, topping a 15-game streak to close the 2021-22 season last year. As for our SGP, Chris Paul has cashed these lines in 19 of his last 22 games, averaging 10.0 APG and only 12.8 PPG during this stretch.

Over the last three seasons, KD has seen between 24 and 32 minutes in 27 games. He scored 18+ points in 24 of these 27 games, averaging 23.8 PPG. I would imagine Durant is on some sort of minutes limit that lands him squarely in this range, and it would be a surprise if he doesn't score 20+ points this evening.
