As we can see from the Players Championship odds, Jon Rahm and Rory Mcilroy are the favorites at +900. Rory has been on a tear during the 2022-23 season, winning The American Express, Genesis Invitational, and Sentry Tournament of Champions.

Mcilroy has found a ton of success in 2022-23 but has only won the CJ CUP in South Carolina. Still, he just finished second at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, proving that he's right there to win any tournament.

Some of the other golfers in the latest Players Championship odds give bettors a chance to make a killing. Justin Thomas, Max Homa, Jordan Spieth, and others are all at least +2000. A $100 bet would bring home $2100 for these bettors.

Given the fact that Mcilroy and Thomas have won the event in the past, taking them to do so once again isn't a bad idea.

Jason Day currently has the second most bets placed on him with 6.16%. Day has +3600 odds, which might be too good to pass up.
