I love this pick today considering Anthony Gordon's form mixed with Chelsea's new injuries. Gordon has cemented himself into this Newcastle side and has proven time and time again he can handle fixtures like these.
Chelsea has now added two defenders who are regular starters, Levi Colwill and Ben Chillwell to the injury list and they are unavailable for this match today. Mauricio Pochettino has struggled to find a balance defensively with the onslaught of injuries that have overwhelmed the club. Newcastle will tuck in and utilize the spaces that Alexander Isak, Miguel Almiron, and Gordon can find on the counter. Pochettino still needs to prove that he can solve the issue of low blocks and a team like Newcastle will play that game until Chelsea eventually turtle like they have consistently done.
