Dallas Stars vs. Edmonton Oilers Prediction: Can Leon Draisaitl, Oilers Bounce Back in Game 4

We are back for Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals tonight as the Edmonton Oilers host the Dallas Stars at the Rogers Palace in Alberta, Canada. Dallas holds 2-1 lead over Edmonton in the series to this point, and will be looking to take a commanding 3-1 series lead. On the flip side, Edmonton will be looking to even up the series on home ice and force this series into a best of three down the stretch.

DALLAS STARS VS. EDMONTON OILERS GAME 4 PREDICTION

Dallas and Edmonton are very evenly matched in a lot of ways, the only true advantage I'd say Dallas has is between the pipes. No question in my mind Jake Oettinger is better than Stuart Skinner. With that said, even though Dallas is probably deeper up front, I'd still take the Oilers forwards in my corner. They are much deeper than they have been in previous years, and while Draisaitl and McDavid still run the show, other guys are carrying some weight now. Zach Hyman may have had a Mickey Mouse fifty-goal season, but he knows his role and has really done well in the playoffs; they have not all been net side tap-ins in the postseason, this 13 goal run is legit. Other guys like Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Bouchard ad Ekholm have performed strongly as well.

I think this team is too good to lose three straight, they have not done so since December. They outshot and out-hit Dallas despite losing by two last game. Even more surprising is the fact that they are now 0-4 in the postseason after being tied for two periods, something that you think has to swing their way eventually. I think we can see another game that clears the total, but I am staying loyal to the oil here.
