If you missed my first article go check it out here, I talked about why I love this slate so much and some of the factors that are here on this one. I am a bit late writing today so I’m going to keep this one a bit shorter. It’s the same premise as the early game and many of the other overs that we find very advantageous. 

This evening, the Stanley Cup favorites out of Colorado are heading to Sin City to take on the Las Vegas Golden Knights and I have completely cleared my schedule this evening to participate in the viewing of the potential game of the week. With that said, I have one question for you all.

Colorado Avalanche vs Vegas Golden Knights Prediction

Words genuinely cannot describe the level of talent that will be on the ice at the same time on both sides throughout this game. Vegas is a great hockey club and really still finding their groove; they started the season plagued with injures. They have gotten some key guys back but still are not at full strength but very potent offensively and without Robin Lehner in net, they are not too secure in their end.  

Vegas owns Colorado historically and have claimed the two points in their last five consecutive contests; that should change. 

Fact: The Colorado Avalanche are the most offensively potent, talented, and lethal club in the National Hockey League. The offensive prowess they possess and talent they can put on the ice for a 3v3 or 5v4 situation is unfair. They lost last night despite playing a great game and they should understand they cannot let Vegas get the edge in this one.

These teams could score five goals in the first period and I would not look twice.

VGK has hit GIFT’s (goal in first ten minutes) in over 66% of their games this season; 8-2 L10. Colorado has seen some regression but are still the 5th best team in the league for cashing the play and hitting over 67% on the season.

VGK is also hitting north of 64% on the season and are 7-3 L-10 1P over 1.5’s; Colorado is just 2-8 L10 yet still hitting over 60% on the season… If you pay attention to hockey and know the pace at which the Avalanche play and will be playing at tonight against Vegas, you know this is an excellent opportunity for positive regression.  

They are not going to continue hitting that number at 20%; after last night’s home loss to Dallas, I can assure you this is a phenomenal spot to lay these tickets. I love this game tonight and cannot wait for puck drop. Best of luck to all who tail and as always, let's rip!
