Randy Vasquez has faced 170 batters this season. This season, he's only struck out 15.3% of those 170 batters and has allowed a .215 ISO and wOBA of .385.
Vasquez has also struggled over the last 30 days, allowing a .222 ISO and wOBA of .366 with just 15.6% of strikeouts.
He's in line to face a Phillies projected lineup that has struck out only 17.6% of the time. Trea Turner will return to the lineup after missing six weeks, which is even better for the Phillies offense.
Only Kyle Schwarber and Rafael Marchan have struck out more than 20% of the time against righties. Therefore, back Vasquez's Under for tonight's game.

While Nick Pivetta has struck out 31.4% of batters over the last 30 days, he's also facing a Blue Jays lineup that has struck out just 15.3% of the time over the last 30 days against righties.

At the end of the day, Toronto has worked 11% walks and has hit a .341 wOBA against righties with this lineup over the last month. They're making righties work for every out. Therefore, Pivetta's pitch count should increase quickly, and the Blue Jays should be able to put enough balls into play to keep Pivetta from adding a high rate of strikeouts.

The Giants will throw Jordan Hicks for tonight's matchup against the Cubs. Hicks has only struck out 21.5% of batters this season, but he's added 24.3% of strikeouts over the last 30 days.
The increase in strikeouts has happened against both sides of the plate. He's earned over 24% of strikeouts against righties and lefties over the last month.
Meanwhile, the Cubs have struck out 23.2% of the time against righties over the last 30 days with their projected lineup. They've also got seven batters who have struck out at least 22.1% of the time in the last 30 days against righties.
Hicks has plenty of targets to land at least five Ks tonight.
