It's a pretty quiet day in the MLB, with only six games on the MLB slate.
The Yankees-Twins matchup will be played in the afternoon. However, the other five matchups are night games. Therefore, I'll target those five games for tonight's three MLB strikeout props.

The former New York Mets starter, Taijuan Walker, will take the hill with the Phillies. Since returning to the mound, Walker has struck out 19.2% of his first 78 batters. However, he's also allowed a .211 ISO and wOBA of .375 with only 26.8% of ground balls induced.
While the Mets' offense isn't always the most consistent, New York's projected lineup has struck out just 20.6% of the time.
The Mets' projected lineup only has two batters who have struck out more than 22.1%. With few targets for Walker, I'd recommend backing his under 4.5 strikeouts tonight.

I refuse to believe Justin Steele will finish the regular season with a strikeout rate of below 20%.
That's where he is right now. Steele has struck out only 19.6% of his first 56 batters this season. However, last season, the left-handed added 24.4% of strikeouts and was one of the best starters in the game.
The Cubs' ace will take on a Pittsburgh lineup that has struck out 25.1% of the time against lefties since last season. Ultimately, there are seven targets in the projected lineup. Meanwhile, Yasmani Grandal will likely be at catcher, and he hasn't seen many lefties so far this year, so he's got a 0.0% strikeout rate in eight tries. He's very capable of striking out against Steele as well.
Therefore, I'll take Steele to go Over 5.5 K's tonight.

While Joey Estes has thrown 29.4% of strikeouts against his first 17 batters, he ultimately added just 22.2% of strikeouts against righties as a right-handed pitcher.
Unlucky for him, Estes is facing an Astros lineup that will likely have more righties than lefties. In addition, the Astros' projected lineup has only struck out 16.5% of the time against righties this season.
Only Joey Loperfido has struck out more than 19.2% of the time against righties this year. With only one true target for Estes tonight, I'll take his Under 3.5 at +136.
