I am going to be writing a lot about the Masters this week but before I dive into anymore outright winners, I want to talk finishing positions.

Brooks Koepka Masters Prediction
The big game hunter is exactly that - Brooks Koepka is very much a go big or go home guy in the majors so while I will not flirt with a top five or ten bet, I will bite on this price at top twenty. If he is remotely close to the top of the board entering the weekend, he knows he is in contention. The reason I will not go with top five or top ten is somewhat what we saw last year, if he is not winning or does not have a chance to win Sunday we could see him fall back on the board a bit but as long as he is playing well through 36, I think this is a strong wager. Four top twelves in his last six Masters starts, two runner ups, BK should be in the mix.

Jordan Spieth Masters Prediction
While his form is very much in question, there is no one outside of Tiger Woods with more experience and a stronger scrambling experience here at Augusta National than Jordan Spieth. The approach and iron game has been questionable but he has been driving the ball longer, his scrambling is world class and he has a tendency to roll the rock in spectacular fashion here at the Masters. Another crazy Spieth-esque week last wee saw him still finish in a tie for tenth, he seems to be trending upwards at the right time. Since his victory here in 2015, he has finished inside the top twenty five of seven times he made the cut (missed his lone cut in 2022) and has four top five finishes. It does not seem to matter much how his form is in the weeks approaching, we saw him play some good golf this week and that is convincing enough for me.
