Best NCAA Tournament Prop Picks: Lock In This Expert's Best NCAAB Prop Bets for the National Championship

We've gone from 68 teams to just two teams in the NCAA Tournament. Tonight, we'll figure out this year's 2024 NCAA Tournament Champion.

It'll be between Purdue and UConn, which is the first time we've had two No. 1 seeds make the Finals since 2017. The ratings should be good for this matchup, which also means there will be lots and lots of bets on this game, too.

Therefore, I've added three of my favorite player props for the NCAA Championship game. You can follow along below!

April 8 Best NCAAB Player Props

Fletcher Loyer (Purdue) Over 9.5 Points (-127) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

All eyes will be on Zach Edey. And for good reason. But it's the guards who will need to step up for Purdue to give the Boilermakers a chance.

Fletcher Loyer has shot 50% from downtown in the NCAA Tournament. He's also averaged 11.6 points per game in the NCAA Tournament.

Loyer has nailed this line in four consecutive games and has taken at least four threes in three straight matchups. Loyer will likely see 35+ minutes. There's also a good chance he takes about ten shots, with half of those coming from downtown. A few threes, a layup, and two foul shots finish the job. That's ultimately what Loyer has done previously.

The best way to beat UConn is by shooting the ball well from the perimeter.

Donovan Clingan (UConn) Over 7.5 Rebounds (-137) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

Donovan Clingan has averaged nine rebounds per game this season. However, now that he's going up against Zach Edey, his line is sitting at 7.5. It's still likely he finds a way to get nine or more rebounds in this game.

While Purdue will ultimately win the rebounding battle, UConn will grab some boards too. Clingan is one of the few guys who can hold his own against Edey, too.

Clingan has hit this line in four of his last five games and even has multiple games in the NCAA Tournament with at least 10. I'll take my chances with Clingan to get eight rebounds. At the end of the day, Edey's not always the most consistent scorer around the rim. Clingan can clean those misses up.

Braden Smith (Purdue) Over 10.5 Points (-130) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

If we're being honest, Braden Smith didn't play his best game against NC State on Saturday. Instead, he went 1-for-9 from the field and had five turnovers with just six assists.

But that's unlike Smith. Smith has shot 44.5% from the field throughout the season and has averaged 12 points per game. Like Loyer, Smith will need to knock down shots for Purdue to win this game.

The ball will be in his hands a lot. Smith is capable of getting to the rim, but with Clingan down there, he'll be better off taking shots around the perimeter. Don't rely on Smith to get to the foul line. But if he can nail a couple of threes, he'll be well on his way to getting at least 11 points with his shot volume.
