This guy has been unbelievable. If not for Jalen Brunson setting records for consistently scoring 40 points then Donte DiVincenzo would be getting a lot more recognition for how amazing he has been. I think he’s in store for another great shooting night.

In Game 1, we saw DiVincenzo score 25 points and play 44 minutes. Brunson will draw plenty of attention and Donte should get good looks. When he plays 35 minutes or more he has hit this in eight of his last ten games. He could see 45 with how tight Tom Thibodeau has his team rotations.

Regular season numbers don’t matter much in the playoffs but Donte did have regular season success facing Indiana as well averaging 24 points against them over three games. Donte in the second half figured it out scoring 21 points in just those two quarters. I expect him to ride that momentum into Game 2 and make some big shots again. Let's roll!
