NBA Parlay Picks for Sunday: Memphis Grizzlies vs. Boston Celtics, Nets vs. Pacers, and More

It's the final day of the NBA regular season. Some teams are fighting for a spot in the play-in tournament, others are fighting for seeding, and some already have their fate etched in the history books. Still, we've got some profit to find, so let's dive in.

NBA Parlay Picks Breakdown

The Milwaukee Bucks will be sitting their star players tonight, as their spot in the playoffs is confirmed, and a high-seeded finish that could potentially give them a first-round contest against the Brooklyn Nets is of little importance to them. According to the injury report, the Bucks will be without 7 core rotation players tonight, including two of their big three - Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton. The Cleveland Cavaliers, on the other hand, are expected to field a strong roster, as they occupy the final appealing play-in spot, with the Atlanta Hawks one game behind them in 9th. The Cavaliers haven't been in the best form recently, though, as Jarrett Allen's absence has hit them hard, losing 5 of their last 7 games, still, with seeding on the line, and a weakened Milwaukee as their opponent, the Cavaliers should have all the motivation they need heading into tonight. I'm unsure of which way to lean here, so will be giving the Bucks a +14 point spread to give us a solid start to the night's games.

The Philadelphia 76ers are in a three-way battle for the second seed with the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks to start the day and will be facing off against the Detroit Pistons for their final regular-season game. Detroit has already announced they will be without Cade Cunningham, Jerami Grant, Marvin Bagley, and Corey Joesph, so if we're being honest with ourselves, the Sixers have no excuse not to secure a victory here, especially if they want to finish as high as possible in their conference standings. Of course, the Sixers' health makes a huge difference to the outcome of this parlay, but they've yet to release their injury report at the time of writing, so things are subject to change. But, if healthy, Philadelphia should have no problem dispatching the Pistons tonight, which is why I'm rolling with the money line in this contest.

The final game in this three-game parlay sees the Phoenix Suns take on the Sacramento Kings, and neither team has anything to play for. The Kings, as usual, will not be participating in the post-season, while the Suns lead the Western Conference by a comfortable 8-game margin. The Kings shut down their two stars over a week ago, and we shouldn't expect to see either of Domanatas Sabonis or De'Aaron Fox in tonight's game, while the Suns will likely field a full-strength team. It doesn't take a scientist to tell you this game is totally lop-sided and the only logical outcome is another W for the Suns, which is why the money line is the online outcome that makes sense tonight.

The Boston Celtics and Memphis Grizzlies both look like they're going to field full-strength rosters tonight, which means we're going to see two of the NBA's best defensive teams face off. The Grizzlies are the league leaders in rebounds, steals, and points off fast breaks - so we know the contest is going to be an exciting one, but, the Celtics want to finish their season as high up the seeding charts as possible, and that means snagging a victory tonight. Ja Morant is scheduled to make his return from injury in this game, but we shouldn't expect him to be at his best, while Robert Williams continues to rehab from surgery for the Celtics. Both the Celtics and the Grizzlies have been in good form over the last few weeks, so this game is difficult to call, but the Celtics have something tangible to play for and will be motivated to see the job through. As such, I'm expecting the Celtics to come away with the W tonight, but will be backing the Grizzlies on a +8 spread to give us some wiggle room on the final outcome.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Indiana Pacers Same-Game Parlay

The Indiana Pacers sit 13th in the Eastern Conference standings and have no shot at making the playoffs, while the Brooklyn Nets are 7th in the conference but will be playing to secure an easy play-in route to the post-season. You see, if the Nets finish 7th or 8th, they only need to win one play-in game to progress into the playoffs, while if they lose tonight, and slide to 8th or 9th, they have two win two games on the bounce to qualify. So, we can expect a fired-up Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving for this contest, and that should be a scary proposition for a Pacers team that has struggled to stay above water all season - even after notable activity at the trade deadline. As such, the Nets are heavy favorites coming into this contest, and I believe this game is as close to a sure thing as the NBA gets. As such, I have no issue running with the Nets on the money line for our last single-game parlay of the season.
