NBA Parlay Picks Breakdown
Eight players on the injury report, and nothing left to play for - the Indiana Pacers are just going through the motions at this point, waiting for the season to draw to an end. Luckily for Indiana, they only have to get through two more games, but the first one is against a Philadelphia 76ers team that's still fighting for a seeding spot with the Boston Celtics. While the Pacers have lost their last 6 games, the Sixers have gone 3-4 over the last two weeks, dragging themselves into the top-10 for offensive rating in the league's rolling rankings. The duo of James Harden and Joel Embiid might be struggling to gel right now, but they're still a stellar pairing, and against a Pacers team missing Myles Turner, and potentially Jalen Smith, there will be little resistance down the middle. I'm rolling with the Sixers on the money line here because I don't think the Pacers have any fight left in them at this point of the season.

Similar to the Indiana Pacers, the Sacramento Kings have nothing left to play for, and to make matters worse, their two star players remain on the injury report. The Los Angeles Clippers, on the other hand, are in the play-in tournament and will be looking to build as much momentum as possible heading into their final few regular-season games. Paul George has been a big boost to the Clippers, who are 4-1 over the last 14 days with the 2nd ranked offense in the league's rolling rankings and a top-15 defense to boot. Sure, the Kings will play without pressure tonight, but they're also playing without their top talent, and the Clippers will be sure to take advantage. After all, when you've got a winner takes all tournament on the horizon you want every moral victory possible. Despite some of the rumors that Kawhi Leonard will make his season debut in this game, he remains on the injury report and is unlikely to participate, but even without their star asset, the Clippers project as the winners here, and I can't see it shaking out any other way. So, I'll be running with the Kings on the money line tonight.
The final game in our three-team parlay is between the Memphis Grizzlies and the New Orleans Pelicans. This contest is the hardest game of the day to judge, as the Pelicans have been vastly improved in recent weeks, winning 5 of their last 7 and hovering around the top-10 of the rolling defensive and offensive rankings. Still, the Pelicans will be sweating on the availability of Brandon Ingram, who starts the day listed as questionable on the injury report. For the Grizzlies, there are no new injuries to speak of, but there is a risk they decide to rest some of their players, as they enter the first night of a back-to-back, but we do need to remember that this Memphis team has been winning games while shorthanded for most of the season. The Grizzlies come into tonight's contest having won 4 of their last 6, and having cemented themselves as the second seed in the Western Conference. If they roll out a full-strength team, I like Memphis for this game tonight, but as we can't guarantee that happening, I will be taking the Pelicans on a +10 spread.

The San Antonio Spurs come into tonight's game without Keldon Johnson, Romeo Langford, Doug McDermott, Dejounte Murray, Jakob Poeltl, and Devin Vassell - that's a lot of injuries to the teams core rotation. But, the Spurs have already secured their spot in the NBA's play-in tournament and look to be prioritizing health over momentum. The Golden State Warriors, on the other hand, are praying for health, and have chosen to sit Klay Thompson for tonight's game, meaning he will join Stephen Curry and James Wiseman on today's injury report. Still, the Warriors should have enough talent to put up a fight against a Spurs team that's won 5 of their last 7 games, or at least, you would hope. Honestly, with how apathetic the Warriors have seemed in recent weeks, anything is possible, and they're no longer the sure thing they were to start the season. But with Jonathan Kuminga, Andrew Wiggins, and Draymond Green in their rotation, you can't count the Warriors out of this game. I've had a hard time trying to find the best value here, but have settled on the Spurs at +11.5, which I feel gives us the best chance of hitting on this parlay and heading into the final day of the regular season on a strong note.
