Best Bets Today: Thursday's MLB Hit Parlay of the Day from Calling Our Shot

Welcome to the daily parlay, brought to you by Calling Our Shot. Today, we have another two-leg hit parlay. We hit yesterday! Let's do that once again. Have a great 4th of July and be safe!

THURSDAY'S HIT PARLAY

LEG 1: AARON JUDGE (NYY) TO RECORD A HIT

Our first leg of the hit parlay: Aaron Judge. Yesterday, Judge had a rare hitless game, going 0-3 with a walk. Today, that ‘slump’ ends. He might send one into the bleachers against Frankie Montas.

Judge is 2 for 7 lifetime against Montas, not too shabby. Judge hasn’t had back to back hitless games since May 11th. He’s crushing both lefties and righties. Frankie will give him pitches to hit and I’m confident Judge gets it done. It’s the 4th of July, you really think Judge isn’t getting a hit? Good one.

LEG 2: TREA TURNER (PHI) TO RECORD A HIT

Our second leg of this hit parlay is: Trea Turner. Typically, we back Trea for 2+ bases, but 1 base will do the trick here today against Jameson Taillon and the Cubs. On paper, the matchup doesn’t look great for Trea, only 3 for 15 lifetime against Taillon…but to me that screams he’s due.

Trea has been so consistent. He’s batting .342 on the season (.341 against Righties). Taillon allows a higher BA to Righties, than he does Lefties (works with me). Trea Turner will do his job today.
