For whatever strange reason this is -150 as a standalone bet, but -180 in the Same Game Parlay region. You could still do that go route and pair it with a team total under or game spread, but I like this bet enough to lay the juice.

Detroit Tigers vs. New York Yankees Prediction

This game has a total of just seven runs. Skubal and Cortes are both aces, and although I think Skubal is better, it evens out because Yankees offense is undoubtedly better than the Tigers. Skubal is on Cy Young watch, and avoiding Judge and Soto is massive here. Guys like Verdugo and Rizzo will have a tougher time than normal going lefty vs. lefty here.

As for Nestor, the only consistent contributor in the Detroit offense is Riley Greene. Nestor hasn’t been dominant by any means in his last few outings, but this Tigers offense has been lifeless. Tork still doesn’t have a home run, and guys like Carpenter and Javy who have HR strength don’t have good numbers against lefties this year. I think this game is low scoring, and we should avoid the A-list stars in the second inning. Let's roll!!
