Joe Musgrove will take the mound for San Diego today. Musgrove has struggled to start the season posting an 8.40 xERA and a .351 xBA through 20 innings of work. His pitch counts have been low as well as he's thrown 85, 88, and 84 pitches in his last three outings.
Musgrove will settle in at some point but if his early season form continues he will be in for a long day against a Milwaukee lineup that has been teeing off on right-handed pitchers.
