Oscars Odds: Everything Everywhere All at Once Favored to Take Home Best Picture
The Academy Award best picture odds have shifted a bit in the past week, but now Everything Everywhere All at Once seems to be taking the lead.
The other films include Top Gun, All Quiet on the Western Front, Women Talking, The Banshees of Inisherin, Triangle of Sadness, The Fabelmans, Avatar, Elvis, and Tar.

Oscar Best Picture Odds
The sportsbooks believe that the best picture is already locked up. Everything Everywhere All at Once is the strong favorite at this point to take home the award. But what do years past tell us?
For now, Everything Everywhere All at Once is a strong frontrunner at -250 or an implied 71.4% chance to win Best Picture. Its top competition is The Banshees of Inisherin at +470 or an implied 17.5% chance to win the award. No other nominee is given better than +1200 odds.
Not every favorite always wins though. Last year, The Power of The Dog reached -162 odds or an implied 61.8% chance to win the award. That would evaporate by the time the Oscars came, as Power of the Dog saw its odds fall to -110 and CODA sit at EVEN odds after opening at +1600. Parasite was +200 to win in 2020. So, even though Everything Everywhere looks to be the strong favorite now, don’t count out even the long shots yet.
As things stand this is a two-film race. Everything Everywhere is running away, but Banshees of Inisherin is hanging in there. Still, we shouldn’t discount Top Gun or The Fabelmans who are both in play at +1200 and +1400 odds. But, just as CODA did last year and Parasite did in 2020, any movie can charge up the market with a strong award season leading up to the Oscars.
However, just as with every set of odds out there, we should see movement. The Academy Awards is still a little less than a month away and odds shifting is expected.
