Will James Corden replace Ellen DeGeneres?

Following multiple recent complaints from people working on the set of the Ellen DeGeneres Show, there has been plenty of talk about the eponymous host either leaving the show herself or being forced out, and this has sparked plenty of debate of who will replace her.

Australian oddsmaker Sportsbet has priced up who they think is more likely to replace Ellen, and it is The Late Late Show host James Corden who currently tops the list.

His odds have been set at +150, which is simple terms means that his chances of securing the role are being rated at 40%.

Following him on the list is Irishman Graham Norton at +450 (18.18%) with Wendy Williams and Conan O’Brien coming next, while Jerry Springer rounds off the top five with odds of +1100.

A look further down the market shows some of the ‘longshots’ to land the role, including the likes of Sean Hannity and even Donald Trump. Both men’s odds are set at +10000, means that a $10 wager would net a profit of $1000 if they were to bizarrely land the role.
