College Football Power Rankings: Week 15 NCAA Football Rankings

Championship Saturday will end up doing some teams dirty heading into the College Football Playoff. That's how it goes when you have a four-team tournament with five power-5 conferences.

Take a look at our college football power rankings for Week 15 of the college football season.

College Football Week 15 Top 25 Power Rankings

1. Michigan

Michigan went undefeated after the Wolverines just earned the Big Ten Championship over Iowa. The actual game was a week prior against Ohio State. We'll see if Michigan's weak Big Ten schedule will hurt them in the College Football Playoff.

2. Washington

Washington's win against Oregon for the second time this season proved that the Huskies belong in the College Football Playoff.

3. Florida State

You can't penalize a team for going undefeated in a Power 5 conference. Brock Glenn won't even be quarterback for the Seminoles the next time we see them. It'll be Tate Rodemaker. The Seminoles are a top-four team.

4. Alabama

Alabama just knocked off Georgia. No team has done that since they did in 2021. That's worth more than a Texas win against Alabama. Everyone will have their opinions! I know!

5. Texas

Yes, head-to-head matters. But the entire season also matters. There's a reason why Texas dropped the Big 12 for the SEC. The SEC is the best conference in college football. Look at all of the Big 12 teams in my top 25. You'll find only two more.

6. Georgia

Georgia won 29 straight games but finally lost to Alabama in the SEC Championship Game. That stings.

7. Ohio State

Ohio State now has one lone loss to the best team in the nation. This is why we need a 12-team playoff. Ohio State should still be competing!

8. Oregon

Oregon lost to Washington for a second time this season. This time, it was in the Pac-12 Championship.

9. Missouri

Missouri's two losses came against LSU and Georgia. They had a respectable season.

10. Arizona

I would've loved to see Arizona play in a 12-team bracket. They're one of the hottest teams in the nation right now.

11. Ole Miss

12. LSU

13. Louisville

The Cardinals' offense looked horrible against Florida State in the ACC Championship. But at least they played in Week 14 of the College Football season. Many teams didn't.

14. Notre Dame

15. Penn State

16. Oklahoma

17. Tennessee

18. Oregon State

19. North Carolina State

20. Liberty

Liberty will likely be the New Year's Six teams from a non-Power five conference. They just won a conference championship and are undefeated.

21. SMU

SMU's win against Tulane pushes them from No. 25 to No. 21.

22. James Madison

23. Troy

Troy won the SunBelt Conference! They're now a Top-25 team.

24. Iowa

25. Oklahoma State
