1. Houston Cougars (+600) Bet $100 to collect $700. Caesars has the best odds, click here

The sportsbooks see Houston taking home the NCAA Championship title this year even after losing to Memphis 75-65 in the AAC Tournament Finals. Currently holding a 31-3 record, the Cougars play an extremely-slow paced game but succeed due to their talented offense and defense.

Marcus Sasser, Jamal Shead, and Jarace Walker are Houston's star players, each averaging over 10 points per game. Sasser leads the squad with an average of 17 points per game and averages 31 minutes per game. These three players are going to be crucial in helping the Cougars advance through each stage.

2. Alabama Crimson Tide (+800) Bet $100 to collect $900. Caesars has the best odds, click here

Alabama has an overall incredibly solid team; their roster is filled with talent. Although star freshman Brandon Miller has dealt with legal issues involving a fatal shooting, his teammates continue to step up and put up points for the Crimson Tide.

Alabama's defense ranks third in the nation and has carried their team to impressive wins. Their offense, however, isn't as strong. Although they play with the second-fastest pace in the nation, the Crimson Tide tends to lose the ball quickly. Earning first place in the SEC, Alabama has a real shot at winning the title.

3. Kansas Jayhawks (+950) Bet $100 to collect $1050. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

The Kansas Jayhawks also remains a top favorite in the books' eyes even after losing to Texas pretty badly during the Big 12 Finals. Sporting a 27-7 record, Kansas has beaten impressive opponents such as Texas, West Virginia, Baylor, TCU, Kentucky, Kansas State, and Iowa State. Jalen Wilson and Gradey Dick will need to continue playing at their elite level in order to carry the Jayhawks to the Final Four and more. Wilson leads the team with 20.1 points and 8.4 rebounds per game.

4. Purdue Boilermakers (+1100) Bet $100 to collect $1200. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

Zach Edey. You've all heard the name. The 7'4 junior is one of the most talented players in all of college basketball. Edey is a pivotal part of the Boilermakers' defense and offense. After just beating the Penn State Nittany Lions in the Big Ten Finals, Purdue will enter the NCAA Tournament riding a high.

While Edey averages 22 points per game and 12.8 rebounds per game, Braden Smith also plays an essential role for the Boilermakers. This roster is filled with talent. Will Purdue finally win the NCAA Tournament? After just two Final Four appearances, the Boilermakers will be hungry to win the title.

5. UCLA Bruins (+1400) Bet $100 to collect $1500. Unibet has the best odds, click here

Oddsmakers still see UCLA as having a better chance to win the tournament over Arizona, even though the Bruins lost 61-59 to the Wildcats in the Pac-12 Finals. The Bruins played superbly this year, resulting in a 29-5 record.

Just like Kansas, UCLA is immensely talented defensively. The Bruins force turnovers like crazy, and that's their secret weapon. Tyger Campbell and Jaime Jaquez lead the Bruins in average points per game and minutes played per game. Let's see how long UCLA's journey will last in March Madness 2023.

6. Arizona Wildcats (+1600) Bet $100 to collect $1700. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

The Arizona Wildcats are once again seen as favorites to win March Madness and for good reason. Arizona's been electric this year, playing at a very fast pace. With the No. 4 offense in the country, the Wildcats are led by stars Oumar Ballo and Azuolas Tubelis.

Arizona beat UCLA last night 61-59 in the Pac-12 Finals and will start March Madness riding a high as well. Let's see how long the Wildcats can last in the NCAA tournament.

7. Texas Longhorns (+1600) Bet $100 to collect $1700. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

Texas absolutely dominated Kansas in the Big 12 Finals and has been one of the most fun teams to watch. Finishing in second place in the Big 12, the Longhorns have a 26-8 record. Guards Marcus Carr and Sir'Jabari Rice lead the team in points per game, averaging over 12 points a piece, while Timmy Allen leads the team in average rebounds per game (5.5).

8. UConn Huskies (+2400) Bet $100 to collect $2500. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

The Huskies recently won the NCAA Championship in 2014 and have appeared in three NCAA Tournaments since then. Will this be the year UConn can do it again?

After beating the talented Providence team 73-66, UConn then lost to Marquette 70-68 in the Big East Tournament. Adama Sanogo and Jordan Hawkins are UConn's secret weapons, each averaging over 16 points per game. Keep an eye on the Huskies in March Madness; they might sneak their way to a win.
