When does the MLB season start?

After months of speculation the MLB season begins this Thursday with the Yankees @ Nationals kickstarting proceedings at 7pm ET. It looked at times like baseball could be a casuality of the Covid-19 crisis, with the delay in the season being the first time games have been on hold since 9/11. However, the season will begin, albeit with the regular season consisting of just 60 games, instead of the traditional 162 games.

When is the World Series?

The postseason tournament will retain it's traditional form, and is expected to start on September 29, with the World Series set to start on October 20, with any Game 7 likely to be played on October 28, 2020.

When is the All-Star Game?

The game was cancelled, but Dodger Stadium, who should have hosted it this July, will instead be hosting the 2022 edition.
