Degerfors vs Orgryte – Both Teams To Score

Sweden’s second-tier – the Superettan – has gotten off to a relatively tame start considering its historic high-scoring nature. The opening seven rounds have delivered only 2.27 goals per-game, though 55% of those fixtures have produced Both Teams To Score profit with Saturday’s clash between Degerfors and Orgryte featuring two of the chief protagonists.

Collectively, our proposed BTTS wager has clicked in 11 of 14 combined encounters between the two teams with Degerfors and Orgryte scoring in all bar three of those fixtures and recording just two clean sheets along the way. A repeat therefore holds plenty of appeal around the 4/5 (1.80) mark on Saturday afternoon.

Minnesota United vs Portland Timbers – Both Teams To Score

Both Teams To Score is also a strong runner Stateside as Minnesota United entertain Portland Timbers on Saturday night. Impressively, these two teams have combined to see BTTS prove profitable in 19 of their 24 opening encounters – a tasty 79% hit-rate, keeping just two clean sheets between them.

Minnesota sit second in the Western Conference having scored multiple goals in seven of their opening 11 MLS dates, although the high-flyers have also struggled to keep their sheets clean – each of their last five matches have produced Over 2.5 Goals winners.

Meanwhile, Portland pulled clear of the bottom of the Western Conference in midweek thanks to a late 4-2 success against fellow strugglers San Jose. Despite operating amongst the basement, the Timbers are now the highest-scoring side in the West, whilst also boasting the second-worst defensive record with 11/13 fixtures featuring Over 2.5 Goals.

Luton vs Fulham – Both Teams To Score

Sneaking a Sunday selection into my Saturday acca. A tasty 60% of final day Premier League games have featured winning Both Teams To Score selections over the past 10 years and this clash between all-but-relegated Luton and nothing-to-play-for Fulham should give us a good run for our money when backing a repeat at Kenilworth Road.

Luton are the BTTS kings of the Premier League this season, seeing our proposed selection pay-out in 81% of their 37 top-flight tussles. Despite being doomed for the drop, the Hatters have scored in 32 of those fixtures – the same strike-rate as title contenders Arsenal. However, Rob Edwards’ outfit have managed only two clean sheets across the campaign.

Fulham head to Bedfordshire having shipped at least three goals in half of their last eight league encounters, and Marco Silva’s men have also allowed multiple goals in five of nine meetings with bottom-five strugglers. Nevertheless, the Cottagers have found the back of the net in 12 of 15 EPL outings since the start of February and are fancied to score here.
