Cole Palmer to Score Anytime

Goals should be on the menu here with Chelsea home league games averaging 3.75 each with Spurs seeing an average of 3.69 per road trip.

There were five in the reverse fixture and the Blues bagged four of them with top-scorer Cole Palmer stroking home his side’s equaliser from the penalty spot.

Palmer has 20 Premier League goals for the season and is only behind Erling Haaland (21) in the race for the Golden Boot but with this game in hand.

The 21-year-old has been particularly prolific when playing on home soil with 15 of those strikes coming in his 13 EPL appearances at Stamford Bridge.

Across all competitions he has scored 23 goals with 18 of those coming at home and has been in white hot form recently hitting the back of the net 11 times in his last five outings in front of his own fans. Getting on the scoresheet in each of his last eight Premier League starts at home.

Brennan Johnson Over 1.5 Shots

Johnson replaced the injured Timo Werner after half an hour of the North London derby on Sunday and managed to fire in two attempts at goal despite the reduced game time. He should take the ruled-out German international’s place in the starting line up here.

The 22-year-old has had 42 shots across his 27 league appearances for Spurs this term at an average of one every 39 minutes. Having at least two in six of his last seven games and in 13 (62%) of his 21 league starts for the club.

Brennan Johnson Over 0.5 Fouls

With Destiny Udogie and now Ben Davies both ruled out for the season, the Wales international will be expected to help out makeshift left back Emerson Royal who is due to make his first start since March 2ndwith Noni Madueke his likely direct opponent.

The England U-21 international has been fouled seven times in his last four Chelsea appearances across all competitions and 15 times in 699 minutes of Premier League action equating to once every 46.6 minutes.

In the reverse fixture Udogie was the starting left back although he only lasted 55 minutes before being sent off for a second bookable offence. One of three fouls he committed on the day.
