Premier League Darts 2024

Last week, Nathan Aspinall showed terrific fighting spirit to reign supreme in Rotterdam and double his amount of Premier League Darts 2024 weekly wins in the process.

That triumph has also seen the Asp tighten his grip on a top four spot, with the Stockport star now sitting third in the standings with just four nights of the regular season remaining.

With just six points separating the top five players in the table, who will rise to the occasion and add more valuable points to their tally in Liverpool?

Premier League Darts Predictions for Night 13

Luke Littler has lost his last two Premier League matches and the teenage sensation is unlikely to have things all his own way in his Merseyside curtain-raiser with Gerwyn Price.

Nathan Aspinall staged a stunning semi-final comeback to see off Luke Humphries last Thursday but Cool Hand can exact some revenge this week by condemning the Asp to an early exit.

Michael van Gerwen’s homecoming last week turned out to be something of a damp squib but the Dutchman should get back up and running against Peter Wright, who remains rooted to the foot of the table after recording his lowest-ever TV average in Rotterdam.

Last week’s runner-up Michael Smith is breathing down the necks of the top four and the Bully Boy should bank another two points at the expense of Rob Cross, whose last win came way back on Night 6.

Who is the Night 13 Premier League Darts favourite?

Despite winning just one match last week, Luke Humphries leads the table again and he is also the Night 13 winner favourite at 5/2 on Paddy Power.

Whatever way you look at it, Cool Hand faces a difficult route to the Liverpool final.

If the favourites all come through their respective quarter-final ties, Humphries would have to overcome Luke Littler before most likely going up against one of the two Michaels in the Merseyside main event.

Premier League Darts Tips for Night 13

Luke Humphries to Beat Nathan Aspinall & Michael van Gerwen -1.5 Handicap vs Peter Wright @ 1/1 on William Hill

Luke Humphries will be looking to avenge last week’s loss to Nathan Aspinall and I’m backing the Premier League leader to come out on top in Liverpool as part of an even-money double on William Hill.

Cool Hand Luke appeared to be cruising to victory against the Asp last week but complacency perhaps crept in as he suffered a 6-4 defeat. Humphries will be hurting following that loss and he is unlikely to make the same mistake twice in the space of a week.

We can double Humphries up with Michael van Gerwen to overcome a - 1.5 handicap in his match with rock-bottom Peter Wright. Snakebite has lost 12 of his 14 Premier League matches this season, with his opponent winning by at least two legs on no fewer than 10 of those occasions.

Michael Smith to Beat Rob Cross @ 17/20 Ladbrokes

Given the contrasting form of the two players of late, siding with Michael Smith to see off Rob Cross represents a nice slice of value at 17/20 on Ladbrokes.

Bully Boy has successfully negotiated each of his last three quarter-final ties and he will have earmarked this fixture with out-of-sorts Voltage as a good opportunity to make further inroads towards the play-off places.
