Ireland's contestant for Eurovision 2024 is the unique Bambie Thug who is hoping to secure Ireland their eighth victory at the song contest since they first entered in 1965.
Their chances of doing so have increased significantly from yesterday as their price was slashed from as long as 28/1 to as short as 9/1 today.

Ireland will take part in Eurovision 2024 as they are active members of the EBU (the European Broadcasting Union).
They will be represented by Cork-born singer, Bambie Thug who will perform their song 'Doomsday Blue'.
Bambie Thug won the right to represent their country when they competed on a special edition of the Late Late Show, winning via a three-way voting process.
