The England manager remains the frontrunner in the next Man Utd manager odds market.
Gareth Southgate has been a short price favourite to replace Erik ten Hag in the next Man Utd manager odds market since reports emerged in March that the England manager has significant support within Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s new INEOS-led hierarchy at Old Trafford.
Southgate, whose England side are favourites to win Euro 2024 this summer (best price 10/3 on Betway), has been in charge of the national team since 2016 after Sam Allardyce's single game as manager. He has won 57 of his 93 matches (61.29% win rate).
Ten Hag, meanwhile, has been under huge pressure for much of the season, heightened by his side’s near catastrophic capitulation in the second half of the FA Cup semi-final against Coventry.

Odds on Erik ten Hag getting sacked
Recovering to win the FA Cup semi-final on penalties has not spared the Dutchman from calls for his sacking. He is unlikely to be sacked before the end of the season (6/1 on Sky Bet in the next manager to leave market) but expected to go in the summer.

The only other managers with a best price in single figure odds are Graham Potter (5/1), Thomas Tuchel (6/1) and Roberto De Zerbi (11/1) – best prices for each of them on Paddy Power.
Tuchel and De Zerbi are also frontrunners to replace Jurgen Klopp in the next Liverpool manager odds, however Arne Slot emerged as the odds on favourite yesterday.
